It’s a deserved recognition of the work our team has done and the skills that exist across every department within Conversocial. 2020 has been a challenging year for every business and our transition from a best-of-breed social care platform to an all-in-one customer experience platform hasn’t been without growing pains.
However, our inclusion on Silicon Review’s list reaffirms my belief that we are leading the way in providing best-in-class technology that empowers our partners to deliver exceptional experiences for its customers. The customer engagement space has been prime for change for many years, and like any change to a traditional industry, it’s never straightforward. At Conversocial, we are pushing the boundaries of what it means to create loyal and engaged customers. The transformation we are going through as a business reflects the demands of the marketplace and it’s why I believe we are being recognized for our innovation.

Our approach is to always question whether the products and services we are delivering help to create a simpler way to help our brand partners engage with consumers; simpler for companies to support their customers and simpler for customers to engage with their favorite brands.
I’m incredibly excited for next year. Messaging channels will be more proactive, suggestive, and preventive. Customer engagement will be simpler, aided by the seamless integration of human and bot interactions. It took a pandemic to realize that change is inevitable, and it’s the companies that embrace the change that will flourish and continue to grow, emerging from the disruption stronger and better equipped to serve their customers.
