Facebook makes major updates to the Messenger Chat Plugin

Last week Facebook announced a major update to the Facebook Chat Plugin, a free tool that businesses can use to globally to connect with their customers. This latest update enables your customers to talk to your business with Chat Plugin without having to log into Facebook. It is essentially web messaging at scale. Facebook also introduced a new design which makes conversations easier and more intuitive.

This update allows businesses to seamlessly connect with more customers, regardless of their browser, device, or Facebook login status. Read the release notes here.
