A Masterclass with Phillip Hunter on Conversational AI

For brands to continue delivering great customer experiences at scale, automation is required.

The issue is, automation is often hard to do right and so easy to get wrong. There is nothing worse than a bad bot - either misunderstanding your service request, forcing a product you’re not interested in, or directing you to a complex voice tree that leaves you right where you started.

On this edition of Conversations w/ Conversocial, we’re excited to host Phillip Hunter for a fireside chat to discuss:

  • How to use Conversational AI for most effective two-way communication
  • Tips and tactics to monetize your conversations
  • How to preemptively and proactively engage with your customers

Taking place this Wednesday, August 12th at 10.30am PT / 1.30pm ET / 6.30pm GMT. Make sure to save your seat below!
