What’s New With Conversocial – Update 17th April

At Conversocial we're always looking for ways to help our customers deliver great customer service, big and small. 

We will be giving you a fortnightly run-down of our latest features and platform updates here, to make sure you’re always up to date with changes.

This, and our new ‘What Is Conversocial?’ bi-weekly webinar, is part of our initiative to ensure our customers get the most out of Conversocial.

Here are this fortnight’s new, shiny updates:

1: Real time Twitter @mentions

To help you deliver speedy responses and impressive resolution times, Conversocial can now pull in your Twitter mentions in real-time. This feature will be rolled out to all of our Enterprise customers over the coming weeks. 

 

2: Generate PDF exports of analytics page (via print to PDF)

In response to many requests, you can now create a PDF export of the in-app analytics page.  Right now, this can be done easily using Google Chrome's print to pdf capability - and we're working on creating a one button solution for all other browser users too.

3: Data Export API

Our Data Export API allows you to automate data exports directly from Conversocial. This is particularly useful if you're doing regular reporting and need to set up weekly or monthly exports. Please get in touch with Dan Wong if you'd like to find out more about how you can use the API for better reporting.

4: Bulk sentiment

To help agents deal with large volumes of interactions we've added the option to mark sentiment on multiple posts at once. Don't forget, you can still use our keyboard shortcuts to archive and mark sentiment at the same time!
