For the second year in a row, Tesco have made it into SocialBaker’s Top 10 Socially Devoted global brands – this time topping the list and taking first place for their Social Customer Care on Twitter.

As one of the world’s largest retailers, with Supermarkets in over 14 countries, Tesco showcases on Twitter exactly how they lead the way in Social Customer Service with a dedicated team offering comprehensive customer care 7 days a week. Even with almost 80, 000 followers on their Customer Care twitter handle, Tesco still manages to respond to 65% of tweets directed at them within an average of 81 minutes – a response time which is a cut above the rest of the brands who made it onto the list.
