Our New Website, and Why We've Changed Our Packages

We’ve been busy working on our brand new website, we hope you like it!

We wanted to better reflect all the work we’ve been doing to develop an enterprise-grade software solution, and better share our ideas and content on social customer service.

A particularly exciting area to check out is our new and improved Resources centre where we’ll be bringing you even more regular and interesting content on Social Customer Service best practice, research and information on using Conversocial.

With this new release, we will no longer be offering new free Starter accounts of Conversocial. Last year, we introduced free Starter accounts to provide social media managers who were managing social customer service single-handedly with a solution, until they were able to grow their teams. We’re excited to note that this is happening today, and social customer service programs are taking hold in all leading B2C businesses.

So we’re moving to concentrate all our time and effort on our enterprise-grade social customer service solution to meet the needs of today’s social media managers. Our existing Starter account holders can continue to use their accounts free of charge. Visitors can still sign up for a free trial of Conversocial, and receive dedicated support in exploring the tool.
