Today we released some improvements to Conversocial’s conversation history. Now your customers have a profile within the tool, which tracks all of their conversations both with you and with other fans and followers.
You can review all of a customer’s posts and comments, along with your replies, in context. This makes it easy to give targeted and appropriate replies to questions or complaints. Responses should be personal – just like any other conversation, you need to understand what has been said beforehand!
To view your customers’ conversation histories, just hover over their profile picture. This shows you the number of interactions they have made with your page, and gives a link through to their full history.
We've also added a Twitter search for all accounts added to Conversocial. In the new search queue, you can see any comments which contain your name, including @mentions and replies, and hash tagged tweets.
To prioritise people speaking to you, just go to the New queue as usual, for @mentions and replies.
