New Round of Funding For An Even Better Conversocial

We are pleased to announce we have secured a new round of funding!

Led by Octopus Investments, we completed our Series A2 funding and raised $4.2 million, but what does this mean for our customers and future customers?

With our new injection of funding we will continue to build you an even better social customer service solution. The investment will go towards looking for new talents to help us innovate Conversocial even faster. Product development will be a key focus for us to build a robust system to truly take social customer service into the contact center, and meet the fast growing market demand.

Our revenue has tripled over the past 12 months fuelled by the doubling of our customer base. It is great to work with some of the world’s leading brands – including American Greetings, Barclaycard, GoDaddy, Hertz, JackThreads, and Sephora - to deliver faster, more effective social care to their customers. We predict that the rapid growth in social customer service will accelerate over the coming year, with more and more businesses looking for sophisticated solutions to take it to the next level. We look forward to working alongside even more great social companies to bring them closer to their customers through technology.
