Lots of pages, lots of people: Enterprise Edition is here

Social media is a channel that carries many different types of communication, between companies and customers in both directions; and as the number of interactions grows this can become very hard to manage.

enterprise-conversocial Lots of pages, lots of people: Enterprise Edition is here

Conversocial's standard team edition allows a single team to manage all the interactions across their social platforms. This is great for smaller companies, or even bigger companies who are starting out with a single team to manage their social media conversations. However, many of our customers are large media or consumer brands who have to manage not only multiple Facebook Pages and Twitter accounts, but also multiple teams - marketing, PR, moderation, customer support.

This week, we are launching our Enterprise edition to allow companies to effectively manage different levels of access and permissions across teams and individuals. One of our first customers is UK broadcaster ITV, which is in the process of rolling out Conversocial across all of their Facebook properties.

The Enterprise edition launch was reported in Techcrunch here.

Since the Facebook platform launched, we’ve watched companies first experiment, and then shift huge budgets into social media marketing. Many mistakes have been made, but marketers are now realising that success is gained by building up a core fan base and interacting effectively with customers.

When you post an update on Facebook, almost all the interaction from fans will take place in the next 24 hours - so if you're not actively moderating and ready to respond in almost real-time to questions and complaints, this will be highly visible to all of your fans. Your outbound marketing can only work effectively if you're properly managing the inbound public responses.

We have many more features coming up, across both our Team and Enterprise editions - stay tuned. If you would like to find out more, or take a 14 day trial, get in touch here.
