I'm happy to announce that Conversocial has won a Rising Star Award from CRM Magazine. The award celebrates companies that "add significant value to the customer experience. And, because of this, they have the potential to soar."
Winners for CRM Magazine's awards were determined through three months of extensive analysis involving disucssions with industry analysts, analysis of financial and corporate information, product and functionality assessments, and customer satisfaction scores.
“It’s not new that customers expect their companies of choose to meet them on their preferred interaction channel,” wrote David Myron, CRM magazine editorial director. "What is new, though, is how companies are meeting them."
"You can't community manage someone who needs a refund; you need to give them real customer service agents who can give them a refund,” adds Conversocial CEO Joshua March. "The only way companies could provide the level of customer service that was needed was to move social into the contact center."
Last year Conversoical was named one of Gartner's Top 5 Cool Vendors. It's great to see 2014 already off to such an excellent start!
