Bornstein-HaCohen, Formerly VP of Corporate Development at LivePerson, Joins Social Customer Service Leader Conversocial to Lead Corporate Expansion
[New York and London – May 17, 2017] Conversocial, a leading social customer engagement platform, today announced the appointment of Ido Bornstein-HaCohen as Chief Operating Officer to oversee and guide global operations across the Conversocial organization.
Bornstein-HaCohen has vast experience in managing, selling and marketing cloud solutions and is extremely familiar with the digital customer care space, joining Conversocial after spending more than 5 years at LivePerson, ultimately serving as Vice President, Head of Corporate and Business Development. There, his responsibilities included leading LivePerson’s acquisitions and integrations as well as overseeing LivePerson’s most strategic partnerships. As such, Bornstein-HaCohen was responsible for spearheading LivePerson’s relationship and integration with Facebook Messenger for consumer-to-business communications.
