Meet Marie, our new Community Manager here at Conversocial.
Hi everyone! My name is Marie and I’m very excited to have just joined Conversocial as the team’s new community manager. I’ll be bringing you regular, new content and sharing ideas with you on social strategy.
Starting this week, I’ll be kicking off a series of posts on how to practically implement your own social customer service strategy, taken from our recently produced Definitive Guide to Social Customer Service. I’m here to help you get the most from Conversocial, and share the lessons we’ve learned from working with our customers for delivering first-class social customer service programs.
I will be taking a look at current news, and how social media has been used positively or negatively, trying to seek out examples of the best and worst ways social customer service is being delivered today. And last, but not least, I’ll share with you what’s going on behind the scenes at Conversocial, and introduce you to the rest of the team. We have grown significantly this year and I’m excited to give everyone an insight into how we’re working to make social media work for businesses.
